Accomplished and mission-driven Unlimited Chief Engineer, Unlimited Captains, and crews with over 30 years of maritime experience, including 20+ years in shipyard environments overseeing new build construction, commissioning, and total ship testing.
Proven leaders in directing complex test programs from Stage 2 through Acceptance and In-Service Trials, ensuring compliance with ABS, NAVSEA, USCG, and contractual specifications. Demonstrated expertise in integrating HM&E, C5ISR, QA, Engineering, and Production activities to deliver fully operational and technically compliant vessels on schedule.
